BIO:
Rylee is a PhD student in Counseling Psychology at Brigham Young University, where she has received training in biofeedback and takes a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. Rylee creates a supportive and down-to-earth therapeutic environment where clients can build insight, mental flexibility, and practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals. She combines encouragement with challenge, helping clients make meaningful changes while using humor and authenticity to foster a collaborative and engaging process. She works with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, disordered eating, body image, perfectionism, and mind-body health concerns, while welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting concerns.
